Tequesta Towers

Tequesta Towers on Jupiter Island is an 11-story condominium located along Beach Road. Jupiter Island condos at Tequesta Towers were originally built in 1973 but have been completely renovated in 2007. The oceanfront condos are comprised of 44 residential units and offer panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, white sand beach, or the Intracoastal Waterway.

Tequesta Towers condos for sale are offered in two and three bedroom units with floor areas that range from 1,600 to 1,807 square feet under air. The condos feature split bedroom floor plans, wet bar, walk-in closets, foyer, and a dome kitchen with a wide range of kitchen appliances. Condo amenities include a community swimming pool, barbecue area, car wash, private air-conditioned basement storage, and underground parking. Units are also available for lease for a minimum of six months.

Condominium residents are required to pay quarterly homeowners fees that include building insurance, cable, real estate tax, lawn care, on-site management, pest control, sewer, water treatment, and maintenance of the common areas. No pets are allowed in the building.

Tequesta Towers condos have undergone building renovation in 2007 that included refurbishing its existing balconies, repainting of the building, resurfacing of parking areas, and new landscaping. However, the renovation of the lobby and the replacement of the elevator cabs were done in 2009.
